Can't say enough great things about Landon Development and Jimmie Johnson (owner). Having been through numerous construction projects over the years as well as being in the industry myself, I know all too well the pitfalls and frustrations in tackling a home renovation or building projects. Jimmie was incredibly easy to work with right from the start and was very professional which is rarity in this industry. He did more listening than talking and really put us at ease in the planning process - which can't be easy when you are dealing with homeowners making various decisions. Jimmie was always patient and quick to resolve any issues that we had. Jimmie is quick to respond and is by far the most respectful, professional and honest builders I have ever dealt with. If you are lucky enough to have Jimmy work your project you will be extremely pleased with the outcome.

We had built a previous home with another builder and had heard many nightmare stories, this project was the exact opposite.
